Горничная убирая номер выкинула отчетные документы, пакет с личными вещами. Это официальная версия...администрация кроме извинений ничего не смогла сделать. Горячая вода целый день - ржавая. Меня предупреждали, что этот отель не самый лучший выбор ...не послушал
