Начиналось все замечательно... Пришли в салон, пообщались, пригласили дизайнера Аллу на выезд для замера и подбора тканей с образцами. 2 комнаты, 2 окна. Приехала, вроде грамотные советы, подбрали ткань и т.д. Все замечательно. Далее было предложена доставка и установка карнизов за 4 тыс рублей, что показалось дороговато. Решили сьэкономить и просверлить 10 дырок и установить карнизами силами нашего работника, который доделывал ремонт на объекте. Озвучили это Алле, отдали 1000 рублей за выезд и ... как то после этого интерес к нам пропал совсем. Пытался несколько раз дозвониться и списаться с Аллой, чтобы отдать ей предоплату и запустить заказ в работу, но тщетно... сначала были обещания "завтра я вам выставлю счет", а далее уже пошли какие то отписки "извините, у меня большой заказ, вот вот освобожусь и выставлю вам счет". Далее Алла просто перестала отвечать на звонки и сообщения и пропала. Странное поведение. Спустя 2 недели обратились с другой салон, где сделали все быстро и дешевле. Могу ли рекомендовать? Конечно, нет.
