Покупали тут тюбинг и вообщем всем остались довольны,но он сдулся через несколько дней ((( лопнула камера (был не перекачен,вес сына 20кг.) Решил что брак))) обратился в магазин, там спустя сутки рассмотрения решили в замене отказать. Конечно это пустяк цена вопроса новая камера 300р. И зачем было целые сутки то думать?только обнадеживать.

Добрый день! По закону о защите прав потребителей, если у покупателя возникают вопросы по качеству товара, то покупатель имеет право написать претензию в магазин. По закону магазин имеет право рассмотреть претензию в течении 10 дней, и выяснить являются ли заявленные недостатки заводским браком или нет. По вашему вопросу решение было принято в течении суток. К сожалению, выявленный недостаток не является производственным браком. Поэтому вам в замене было отказано.

Не согласна про дам на кассе. Постоянно приходу в этот магазин, всегда супер вежливый, супер внимательны. Все подскажут, все покажут. Рекомендую!
