Персонал вообще не в курсе ассортимента, пришла купить настольную игру на меня смотрят хлопают глазами и говорят что в первый раз такое видят, хотя на сайте эта игра есть. И да, обновляйте данные на сайте, ехали с другого берега потому что в этом филиале была игра и с хорошей скидкой. В итоге все расстроились и пришлось искать в другом месте

Купили тут пазлы "Этника" пару месяцев назад. К сожалению, собирать их стали только через месяц после покупки. Верхняя упаковка была заклеена скотчем, пакетик, в котором лежали сами пазлы был, полностью вскрыт, прекрасно было видно, что их уже открывали и не раз. Начали собирать в итоге почти половины деталей нет! Сотрудники магазина, зачем вы делаете такую подляну покупателям? И кто теперь вернет деньги или недостающие детали из пазла?!
