Выражаю огромную благодарность сотрудницам «Алекс-Тур» Елене и Екатерине. Пользуюсь услугой турагенства «Алекс-Тур» не один год. Работают в нем очень ответственные и высококвалифицированные сотрудники Елена и Екатерина. Всегда доброжелательны и отзывчивы . По какому бы вопросу не обратишься, всегда помогут, объяснят, все расскажут и покажут. Помогут в выборе тура, и отеля, помогут и проконтролируют регистрацию на вылет. Вовремя оповестят об изменениях вылета или об форс мажоре в отеле ( был у меня случай ,в Питере после непогоды залило отель и нам поменяли отель на категорию выше без доплат). Я не однократно обращалась в агенство и по поводу отдыха за границей и речной круиз на Валаам, да и просто заказать авиабилеты. И всегда девушки помогут и проконтролируют. Огромное вам спасибо Елена и Екатерина!!! Терпения вам и удачи! С уважением Юлия Д.
