Была на приёме в апреле. К врачу и ассистенту претензий нет — специалисты понравились, работой довольна. А вот администраторами нет. При записи моё отчество указали неверно.Я поправила, но администратор ошибку в системе не исправил. Из-за этого позже ассистент тоже назвал меня не правильно.Администраторы при этом присутствовали, всё слышали и ничего не предприняли. Затем я записалась к другому врачу для дальнейшей имплантации — и там меня снова назвали неверно. Я уже даже не стала ничего отвечать. Уважения к пациенту — ноль. К врачу хотелось бы вернуться, но проходить через такое безразличие администраторов снова не хочу.

Отвратительно! Записалась на прием к хирургу на удаление больного зуба. А хирург просто не пришел!!!надеюсь выспался, спасибо

Полный развод на деньги..начинают уже рассказывать что только два посещения бесплатных,врач оочень не приятная,причем детская..говорит а у ребенка не все зубы могут лечиться по омс..при мне с ассистентом ругались,короче нет желания больше к ним идти,но придется,так как надо ребенку поставить пломбу постоянную и отнести 1500 тыс))Мне кажется много людей уже развели…

Аналогичная ситуация, пришло по полису по лечить, а захотели на 50 т. Развести.

гм.... а нам еще предложили вместо платных услуг — услуги по ОМС.....в результате ребенку вылечили зубик по ОМС......вот уже 4 мес — ничего не беспокоит…все в порядке.....
