Нужен был шкафчик в ванную комнату. 1-я контора вообще не сохранила номер телефона, вторая говорит что не погонит машину прям вот сразу из-за 1-го шкафчика, понять можно. Аква Виво-третья фирма куда обратился-привезли в течении пары дней, плюс менеджер позвонил за час предупредил что машина выехала. Все понравилось, 5 звезд и плюс сайт в закладки.

Огромный магазин, просто целый гипермаркет сантехники с отличным ассортиментом. Навигация по сайту удобная, можно заказать, а потом на пвз все получить – склад с удачным расположением. По ценам могу сказать положительно.

Достоинства: Из преимуществ следует отметить очень высокий уровень работы. Это касается как непосредственного общения менеджера с покупателем (сразу поняла, что человек компетентный), так и соблюдения сроков. Привоз товара был осуществлен в заявленный срок, магазин предоставил самые комфортные условия для покупки, так, например, оплатила заказ картой Халвы.

Комментарий: В интернет-магазине я заказал светильник для гостиной комнаты. Так как в момент доставки у нас только начинался ремонт, мы не смогли сразу использовать люстру и проверить её на качество. Повесили только спустя 2 недели после покупки. За это время уже прошел возможный обмен и возврат товара. Но мне повезло, ведь товаром всё было хорошо. Люстра отличная как по внешнему состоянию, так и по качеству освещения. Это как раз то, что мне была нужно. Свой заказ можно оплатить наличными. Кстати, это мне тоже очень понравилось.
