Неплохой магазин канцелярии все остальное хотя можно купить тоже самое дешевле, игрушки для детей по завышенной завышенной цене.

Приобрели в данном магазине 30/12/2019 гирлянду стоимостью 650 рублей, 03/01/2020 то есть через пять дней гирлянда взорвалась прямо на елке. Ребенок двух лет находился рядом и был сильно напуган....внимательно рассмотрев коробку,я увидела ,что дата изготовления данной гирлянды июнь 2012!!срок службы 5 лет,то есть она умерла своей смертью ещё два с половиной года назад, вернув гирлянду в магазин, я была крайне удивлена что её взяли на рассмотрение......с каких это пор просроченную продукцию рассматривают??!!! Через пару дней мне позвонили, и сказали, что в возврате денежных средств мне ОТКАЗАНО!!!!так как эту гирлянду мне отремонтировали,и это технически сложный товар.Гирлянда.....сложный....серьёзно????....а кто просил вообще об этом ремонте????написав претензию ,я отнесла её в магазин, но управляющая магазином ОТКАЗАЛАСЬ подписать!!!мы что,в совдепии???я в шоке от некомпетентности руководства!!!! Она отправила меня в центральный офис на Строителей,где меня внимательно выслушали, и сказали что вернут деньги в течение трёх дней.....я до сих пор не понимаю,как людей,которые не знают законы,не могут решить проблему на месте,ставят на руководящ ую должность?

В последнее время Акварель (филиал на Ленина) радует внимательными и отзывчивыми продавцами. Всегда помогут, подскажут. Спасибо, так держать! Выбор канцелярии и не только ее очень широк. Ценник бы поэкономичней. А в остальном всё устраивает. И отдельное спасибо за праздники Акварелька для детей в Саду Алюминщиков!
