Светлана, здравствуйте. К сожалению, наши магазины не входят в перечень обязательных товаров и мы вынуждены не работать до 30 апреля 2020 года, согласно Указу Главы Республики Саха (Якутия) от 26 марта 2020 года.

Сегодня посетила Акварель возле автовокзала,продавец Петрова Ирина очень долго обслуживала клиентку,простояв в очереди 15 минут ,я сделала ей замечание,что она очень долго обслуживает покупателей,пока я стояла в очереди,рядом ее коллега обслужила 3 покупателей. На мое замечание,Петрова Ирина грубо отпарировала мне,ладно бы один раз ,а то она прямо нашла время для хамского самовыражения.Я попросила книгу жалоб и написала туда свои претензии,прошу руководство магазина обратить внимание на работу своего сотрудника,который не заинтересован в продажах .
