У нас 4 договора на всю семью, не прошло и половины срока. Должны вернуть порядка 100 тыс. руб. На почту написали - тишина. Сходили по указанному адресу - объявление, что адрес недействительный. Буем обращаться в Роспотребнадзор и прокуратуру. PS. Деньги удалось вернуть.
