Хочу поделиться своим негативным опытом общения с этой недобросовестной организацией. Решили заказать товар у официального представителя, заказали Акванет Валенса, привезли просто отвратительную тумбу и раковину, вся заляпана то ли силиконом то ли клеем, такое ощущение что изделие кромили и делали вручную в подвале, очень была похоже на новую снаружи, но в целом вид был б/у причем не одного года, так как изделие было упаковано не в заводскую упаковку, а обмотана стрейч-пленкой. Естественно товар не взяли, через пару дней нам позвонила девушка и предложила доставить другую, абсолютно новую — мы конечно согласились. С её слов с нами на следующий день свяжется молодой человек и договорится о доставке, это была суббота; в четверг позвонил водитель, спустя 5 дней, и сказал везет товар, а потом позвонил тот самый менеджер со словами, давай те обговорим день доставки — вот такой вот странный сервис у этой конторы. Естественно к тому времени мы уже благополучно заказали другой товар в компании, которая дорожит своей репутацией, данная контора была в полной уверенности что мы ждём дожидаемся их звонка с их тумбой — смешно в наше время работать с таким сервисом. Это отвратительный магазин, ужасный сервис и никакого качества. Я написал отзыв для людей чтобы их предостеречь не тратить своё время и деньги на товар низкого качества и на компанию с сервисом как и качество товара. – показать
