Покупала сменный картридж для фильтра и столкнулась с некомпетентностью продавца, который отказался принять обратно товар с ненарушенной индивидуальной упаковкой, аргументируя это тем, что он "работает уже 8 лет и не мог ошибиться, и вообще," на упаковке все написано, Вы сами виноваты, что приобрели не то"". При том, что я показала, что именно мне надо. Продавца зовут Дмитрий. Спасибо за чудесное настроение и "приятный разговор". Далее я решила приобрести нужный мне картридж и продавец несколько раз с издевкой спросил "а Вы точно потом не придёте и не скажете, что я виноват?", "ну Вы проверьте, чтобы потом снова мне не говорить, что я продал Вам не то" и тп. Вроде взрослый мужчина, знающий своё дело, приветливый (был сначала)... Уже как минимум нескольким людям не рекомендовала посещать это место, особенно если они увидят там Дмитрия.
