Отвратительное отношение к клиентам,предвзятое отношение.Ребята,которые там работают,реально не хотят что то делать бесплатно,даже если это гарантийный случай.Мастер Виктор,сделает все,что бы вы от туда уехали со своим не рабочим смесителем.Одним словом,кто у вас работает,позорище!!!

В официальном сервисном центре Grohe творятся полный бардак и беспредел, сотрудники АкваДюйм хамы и грубияны. Спустя три месяца после покупки, смеситель Grohe Concetto потек. После отказа в гарантийном ремонте по причине того, что у меня в многоквартирном доме якобы «не та» горячая вода, я решил позвонить в Grohe. Обладателя международного сертификата Grohe, мастера Степанова Виктора Анатольевича это разозлило. Он выхватил у меня смеситель и начал его фотографировать, говоря что он «грязный». На мои требования прекратить мастер применил ко мне грубую физическую силу. Вот так. Браво, Grohe!
