Заказывала здесь воду почти 2 года по 5-8 бутылок, за это время компания «нарисовала» мне долг почти в 8 тр, будто бы я не оплатила несколько поставок воды в 2022г, когда-то заплатила только частично, что невозможно в принципе в работе с физическими лицами, так как отсрочка платежа не предусмотрена! Если ваши доставщики воды не довозят вам деньги в кассу после смены-спрашивайте с них, а не с клиентов, уже бывших! Предложили мне подтвердить документально все мои платежи за 2 года🤡 и залог за возврат тары не вернули, жулики, не советую связываться, либо вести фото-и видеосъемку каждого факта доставки и оплаты воды

Почитала отзывы, и решила проверить, заказала воду 5 бутылок разной дорогой воды, получила помпу в подарок( как было написано ранее), помпа была новая, через 3 дня вернула 2 тары, на вопрос оператора планируете ли заказывать воду ответила нет, приехали и забрали бутылки, деньги вернули, через день еще раз позвонила, девочки ответили вежливо, поиздеваласт поаросила забрать еще бутылку, забрали , вернули деньги, а еще через 3 дня заказала воду, и никто не нагрубил, а даже очень вежливо приняли заказ и все привезли, спасибо!!!😘😘😘

А мне все нравиться, я клиент этой компании уже много много лет. Они сами мне звонят и напоминают что пора воду заказать, если в это время проходят какие то акции то мне о них рассказывают. Девочки всегда вежливые и обходительные. За пол часа мне звонят и предупреждают что ко мне едет машина. Я сегодня заказала мне завтра уже привезли, это очень удобно. Многие из моих друзей и знакомых тоже заказывают воду в этой компании. Желаю компании Аква-люкс успехов и процветания.С уважением ваш преданный клиент Анна.
