Второй раз обращаюсь в данное агенство и снова недовольна. В первый раз заказала печать бирок, при заказе был оговорен размер. По итогу прихожу забирать - размер в 3 раза меньше! На прошлой неделе обратилась к ним с вопросом, через их рабочий аккаунт в соц.сетях. Спросила - могут ли сделать, получила положительный ответ и примерную дату срока готовности. По факту кормили завтраками, очень долго отвечали, а по факту сказали, что такое сделать не могут. Зачем обнадеживать человека, если не можете - я бы обратилась в другое агенство. Из-за вас потрачена целая неделя. Теперь в другом месте мне не успеют изготовить заказ в нужные мне сроки. Крайне недовольна, ни кому не рекомендую обращаться в данную организацию.

Второй раз (первый раз был ещё в сентябре) обращаюсь в вашу компанию, и второй раз - у вас проблемы с принтером А3. Сегодня хотел распечатать проектную документацию, половина листов проекта была пожеванной. Действия сотрудника не исправили ситуацию. Я потерял много времени в пустую. Более к вам не обращусь, раз за столько времени не можете отремонтировать принтер.
