Здравствуйте. Хочу оставить плохой отзыв о сервисе и некомпетентности сотрудника Аксимы в универмаге Уфа. 21 сентября этого года покупали три билета на самолёт из Уфы в Екатеринбург. Хотели взять с собой домашнее животное - кошку. Полдня получали согласование от авиакомпании Ютейр, наконец-то, получили. 30 сентября, долгожданный вылет, но на стойке регистрации вылет с кошкой нам запрещают. Представьте себе шок ребёнка и наше удивление. Оказывается, сотрудник компании Аксима (да и сотрудники Ютейр) не предупредили нас, что кроме специальных размеров переноски и разрешения авиакомпании нам нужно было иметь на кошку ветеринарный паспорт. Мы не летаем каждый день с животными и не в курсе всех тонкостей, а непрофессиональное поведение сотрудников Аксимы и Ютейр испортили нам вылет.
