"Аксель-Архангельск" испортил историю моего автомобиля, внеся неправильный пробег в базу. После покупки нового Поло в данном салоне, мне предложили здесь же поставить сигнализацию. Цена кусалась, но работники "Акселя" мягко намекнули, что если поставлю сигнализацию не у них, то потом возможны проблемы с гарантией. Решила избежать этих проблем и записалась на установку сигнализации в "Аксель". Сигнализацию мне поставили на пятый день после покупки авто. Тем самым, я возможно и избежала проблем с гарантий, но а итоге "Аксель" уготовил мне других проблем... Установщики сигнализации в "Аксель-Архангельск" при внесении данных о работах в базу ошибочно в 1000 (!) раз завысили пробег моего автомобиля. Т.е. вместо 53 км на пятый день владения, пробег моего автомобиля вдруг сразу оказался 53301 км!!! Теперь проверка истории моего авто по VIN сильно испорчена, при проверке показывает так, как будто у меня был скручен пробег... "Аксель" игнорирует мои просьбы разобраться и как-то решить проблему. От менеджера по работе с клиентами Олеси ответа жду уже полгода... Интересно, если "Аксель" так невнимательны при заполнении данных, то внимательны ли они при выполнении самих работ...

Давно присматривала себе автосалон, где планировала купить Фольксваген. Сравнение по ценам показало, что выгоднее всего покупать у нас в Архангельске. С маркой и моделью определилась давно, хотела именно Volkswagen Passat. Убедилась в своем решении и после тест-драйва. На всех этапах от выбора до оформления документов на приобретение авто, со мной работал менеджер Степан, ему огромное спасибо за квалифицированную помощь.
