Уважаемое руководство АКИБАНК, Улучшите пожалуйста обслуживание клиентов а также настройки сервисов переводов, то ли интернет тормозит, то ли сотрудникам настолько безразлично время и нервы клиентов. Спасибо!

В прошлом году после длительных отношений рассталась со своим парнем. Чтобы как-то выбраться из затянувшейся депрессии, решила съездить отдохнуть на море. Правда, денег у меня в тот момент не было, поэтому оформила потребительский кредит в Акибанке. Ставка приемлимая, всего 11,4% годовых. Смогла погасить кредит через полгода. Очень благодарна Акибанку за то, что помогли мне в тот нелегкий для меня жизенный период!

Когда есть необходимость приобрести иностранную валюту, хожу в отделение Акибанка на Декабристов 178А. И дело не только в том, что оно удачно расположено, всего в нескольких минутах ходьбы от моего дома, но и потому что зачастую здесь самый выгодный курс обмена в городе. Очереди бывают редко, это не может не радовать.

Живу рядом с отделением Акибанка на Декабристов 178А. Постоянно пользуюсь услугами этого банка. На этой неделе оформила себе у них пенсионную карту. Понравилось что делается она быстро и бесплатно. К тому же приносит дополнительный доход в размере 6,5% годовых. Хоть какая-то прибавка к моей небольшой пенсии.

Захотела открыть зарплатную карту в Акибанке. Зашла сегодня днем в отделение этого банка на Декабристов, так как оно находится не далеко от места моей работы. Хочу поблагодарить их менеджера Анастасию за внимательное отношение к клиентам. Она с опозданием ушла на обед, чтобы помочь мне оформить карту. В очередной раз замечаю, что Акибанк заботится о своих клиентах.
