Зашла в этот банк 10.10.2013 - нужно было срочно оплатить платежку за квартиру до 10 октября, иначе пеню начислят. Подруга очень рекомендовала этот банк без комиссий и очередей. Друзьям я верю. Рядом с этим банком толпится очередь на телеграф, а я тут, как самая умная, решила заплатит без очереди... Подхожу к первой девушке на ресепшен, мне, мол, за газ и квартиру оплатить надо,она мне - пройдите в кассу. У кассы одна бабушка оплачивает, не велика очередь... Подхожу к кассе - мне оплатить, кассир отсылает к той же девушке на ресепшен - они должны эти платежки как-то обработать, что-ли, а кассир только деньги принять может... Обратно к ресепсионистке, девушка, проведите платеж. Глупо хлопая глазами, а что вам кассир не может провести? Ой, а у нас система не работает... Мы не можем провести... По мимике видно, то врет, просто принять платеж не хочет, но доказать этого я не могу. Задаю контрольный вопрос: а как долго система уже не работает? Не знаю, где-то полчаса... На беджик ее я не посмотрела, но со следующей платежкой только к ним!!!! И девушку заодно сфоткаем)))
