Здравствуйте, купили аккумулятор для автомобиля, аккумулятор неизвестно какого года выпуска. Документов не предоставили. Аккумулятор был разряжен. Заряд не держит. По гарантии не меняют.

Добрый день! Каждая аккумуляторная батарея имеет заводскую маркировку, в которой зашифрована дата производства. При продажа любой АКБ в обязательном порядке заполняется гарантийный талон и предоставляется товарно-кассовый чек. До того, как будет заполнен гарантийный талон и выдан АКБ, происходит проверка диагностическим прибором. Возникает вопрос, зачем Вы приобрели аккумуляторную батарею неизвестной даты производства, без документов, да еще и разряженную? По поводу гарантии. Даже если Вы обращались без документов на товар, Вам в любом случае не могли отказали, провели бы полную диагностику и проверку. Данная услуга предоставляется бесплатно на абсолютно любую стартерную аккумуляторную батарею, независимо от того где она приобретена. Возможно Вы купили АКБ не у нас? Если у Вас осталось желание разобраться в данной проблеме и решить ее, то просьба обратиться в центральный офис на ул.Кузбасская 1Г, либо позвонить по телефону (831)275-99-49 с уточнением темы обращения.
