Самое ужасное отделение. Персонал не квалифицированный. Пришли сдать кровь из вены у 5летнего ребёнка, в итоге нам отказали, т.к. медсестра это делать не умеет. Хотя по телефону нам сказали, что мы можем подойти в любой филиал. Плюс ко всему женщина, которая была на ресепшн (она же медсестра) нахомила и напугала ребёнка. Обходите стороной это место, в этом же доме есть другая прекрасная лаборатория, где все услуги доступны и специалисты грамотные.

Добрый день, Дарья! Спасибо за обратную связь. Действительно, в этом филиале не берут кровь у детей. Это делают в нашем центре на Кунгурцева, 6, и Красноармейский, 86А! Работа с сотрудниками уже проведена. С уважением, Академия Здоровья!

1. По телефону назвали одну цену, по факту цена другая 2.попросила выслать анализы на почту, не дождалась 3. Записывалась к терапевту, в пт могут только в 9:40, даже на 10:00 никак, не говоря уж что было бы удобнее ближе к обеду.. , строго подстроится под врача. Ок, пришли к 9:40, прождали с ребёнком 20 минут, прежде чем он освободился. Мне кажется от частной клиники ожидается другой подход… подождать можно и обслуживаясь по омс… Зато когда им звонишь каждый раз перед тем как ответить тебе придётся выслушать что они номер один… Из плюсов: вежливый администратор, аккуратно взяли анализы, чистое помещение И бонусом бесплатная кофе машина 😃 мелочь а приятно
