Сдавал кровь, хорошие администраторы, быстро приняли и отправили к медсестре, безболезненно и качественно получилось сдать анализы. Спасибо за работу 🤝

2.11.2024 была записана с дочкой на прием к Смольяниновой Д.В. Накануне позвонили из клиники и подтвердили запись. В день приема в 9:50 мне позвонили из клиники и предложили приехать раньше на 20 мин. (запись была на 10:40, предложили подъехать к 10:20). Я была вынуждена отказать, т.к. чтобы попасть на прием с дочерью 3 лет мне необходимо отвезти годовалого сына к бабушке. За 30 минут сделать это было не возможно. В 10:30 мне снова позвонили с клиники сказали, что врач отменил запись. В этот момент я уже отвезла сына и с дочерью мы подъезжали к клиники. Как итог испорченное настроение на весь день, не получена консультация врача и весь день кувырком. Ужасное отношение к пациентам!

Ходил на приём к врачу, проблема с позвоночником, когда записывался, уточнил, могут ли дать больничный если потребуется, для работы. Сказали что да, если показания будут то без проблем. В итоге врач сказал что больничные они не дают, и нужно идти в поликлинику по месту жительства. Хотел взять справку для налоговой, но и тут не судьба. Щас дать не могут, оставляйте запрос и приходите через неделю, бухгалтерия сделает. К самому врачу претензий нет, но организация отвратительная.
