Записывалась на прием к гастроэнтерологу, пришла чуть заранее. Администратор сказала, что задержка примерно 20 минут по приёму и уточнила, буду ли я ждать. Во-первых, могли бы позвонить и предупредить. Я специально отпросилась с работы, приехала вовремя, в итоге меня просят ждать непонятно сколько. В итоге просидела 40 минут, никто не вышел! Администраторы ничего сказать не могут, говорят, что прием у врача может по часу длиться. Об этом они предупреждают уже по факту почему-то. Зачем тогда делать промежуток между записями 40 минут - непонятно. Ушла, так и не дождавшись приема, потеряв кучу времени. Смысл платить здесь деньги вообще не вижу, с таким же успехом можно просидеть в очередях в городской поликлинике.

Приходила в Академию здоровья на сдачу анализов , очень приятные медсестры и администраторы . Кровь взяли без проблем . Всегда чисто , красиво , и по душевному . Проходят отличные скидки на приемы врачей , анализы . Рекомендую !!!!
