Ужасный банк, проблемный банк, не компетентный персонал и не квалифицированный, электронная очередь очень долгая, мобильное приложение неудачное, никогда не берите здесь кредит либо какой другой займ!!!

Не рекомендую! Всегда очереди из приезжих (турок или схожих с ними работяг - занимают все кабинки и переводят на родину тубрики).

Да, уж.. Банк просто, нет слов. Из 5 касс, работала 1 и та была минут 15 на техническом перерыве. Простояла, хотя спешила. По итогу евро мои девушка взяла, крутила их со всех сторон, смотрела, нашла микроскопические повреждения, которые даже не видны, не приняли. Ещё и комиссию берут 200 руб. Купюры, что были в обороте как я поняла им не нужны!!!!

В операционном зале пять касс, но всегда работает только одна. Как не зайду, так еще и куча строителей иностранцев переводы на родину шлют (по 20 минут на одного уходит у оператора). Пока не поскандалишь, вторую операционную кассу не откроют. У меня в банке ипотека, дай бог расплачусь и больше не ногой в этот банк, пока обслуживание клиентов не наладят.

Хамское отношение персонала со словами тут ковид а мы на работу ходим работает одна касса полное безразличие к клиентам не рекомендую этот банк
