Раньше был нормальный банк, а теперь видимо что-то пошло не так... Выставили мне ежемесячный платёж оплатить два раза за месяц в сентябре. Сами сотрудника банка сказали, что это ошибка. Но на мою претензию никто не отвечает, и задолженность не убирают. С таким отношением не выдержит банк конкуренции на рынке.

Самый худший банк из всех, услугами которых я пользовалась (а их было не мало). При выдаче кредита, нагло обманув, навязали доп.услуги под видом страхования жизни. На деле же оказалось страхование жизни только половина суммы, вторая половина это карта автоклуба и сертификат на юр.услуги. Далее две недели не могли выдать новый график платежей, после частично досрочного погашения. По горячей линии никаких вопросов решить не могут, просят обращаться в отделение где обслуживались. А в отделение всем рулит старшая по этому отделению и прикрывает всех своих сотрудников. Оставляла заявление с жалобой, ему присвоили входящий номер. Через две недели обнаружилось, что в головном офисе банка и знать не знают о таком заявлении под таким номером. Вообщем полная анархия в офисе на Королева,2. Сторонитесь этого банка. А лучше почитайте о нем отзывы на банки.ру. Не зря этот банк там в рейтинге на последних местах. Жалею, что не сделала этого сама раньше. Избежала бы многих проблем!
