Почему нет оценки минус 10... Сказать что это заведение можно назвать банком не могу. Стала клиентом так как другой банк передал им ипотеку. На вопросы (увеличится ли процентная ставка, когда будет известна сумма и другие вопросы которые требуют отцифрованного ответа) сотрудники отвечают "возможно", "наверно" и тд. В прежнем банке страховку составляла 6000 в этом 12000, и от куда такая сумма объяснить не могут. Попросила прочитать договор страхования мне сказали вы оплатите и через месяц дадим вам его, это как вообще... Пошла оплачивать страховку на кассу, в квитанции сумма одна и ниже РУЧКОЙ дописано "+3600", вы серьёзно!? Объяснить почему так ни кто не может. После этого я уже рассчитывала в кассе получить рукописный товарный чек... В банке находилась минут 40, на вопросы отвечают возможно и тд, уровень моего негодования был на приделе и в этот момент сотрудники (Ольга и коллега) начигают обсуждать кому какое шампанское купить и про закуску не забыли. И это всё в параллель работы со мной. Вышла из банка со знанием вкусовых предпочтений сотрудников по алкоголю и не только, без ответов на свои вопросы и с огромной мотивацией скорее закрыть ипотеку, что бы не пересекать больше порог этого заведения.

Отвратное место. Заказала выписку ещё 20.03.2020 за срочность оплата 700р.сказали готовность сутки. НЕ ГОТОВА ДО СИХ ПОР. 12. 04.2020. БУДУ решать вопрос через прокуратуру. Это же выписка в другом банке, бесплатно, без всяких проблем и очереди получила на руки и 10ти минут не прошло.

Нормальный банк!!! Брал ипотеку, все этапы от начала и до последнего платежа одни положительные эмоции. Персонал супер, нормальное человеческое отношение. Молодцы, удачи вам!!!
