Разочарован я этим банком, мой знакомый пользуется этим банком, ну и решил я с ним пойти в отделение, так ладно что мы пришли с утра, так когда мы подошли, нам сказали ждите , вас вызовут. Мы сидели минут 40 наверное, несмотря на то что они просто ничего не делали, о чем то разговаривали. А мой друг с отдела по правам потребителя, вызвали администратора, друг показал удостоверение, так у них у всех аж глаза вышли из орбит. И началось, все с улыбкой такие вежливые, сразу все готовы помочь. Честно говоря я разочарован
