Просто понравилось, что всё в одном месте — сдал анализы, сразу получил консультацию. Не нужно кататься по городу. Приятно, когда есть система, а не хаос, как часто бывает

Супруг был на консультации у уролога Самсонова Антона Алексеевича, очень понравился прием, врач внимательно выслушал жалобы, сделал УЗИ, очень доходчиво объяснил в чем проблемы со здоровьем и назначил лечение. РЕКОМЕНДУЮ ДАННОГО ПРЕКРАСНОГО СПЕЦИАЛИСТА!

Позвонил узнать возможность записаться на УЗИ, сказал что нужно уточнить некоторые моменты и перезвоню, чтобы время пока оставили, спрашиваю хорошо? В ответ просто трубку кладут. При повторном звонке, спросил, почему трубку бросают. Ответили , что вы первый бросили. Сообщил, что не бросал. Администратор сообщила, что "вас не слышно было в конце". Хотя трубку она положила сразу, не дожидаясь и связи была отличная. Записался, в конце 2го разговора говорю - до свидания, в ответ трубку кладут... Администратор Ольга, звонок во вторник 10 утра. Научите пожалуйста персонал работать на ресепшене, ведь это лицо клиники. Как можно доверять своё здоровье, если на самом начальном этапе такое отношение.
