Дважды была на маникюре и оба раза покрытие на большом пальце давало отслойку. При малейшем трении об одежду гель-лак слезал как детский игрушечный. За 3000 рублей дорого маникюр на 5 дней.

Уважаемая Алёна! Благодарим вас за отзыв. Мы обработали ваше обращение. Так как вы не смогли приехать на ремонт и диагностику, которые предусмотрены для всех гостей салона по гарантии, мы не можем точно определить причину. Но предварительно, исходя из того, что отслойка произошла на одном и том же пальце, мы думаем, что дело в неправильной сушке. Принято решение проговаривать всем гостям инструктаж "Как правильно держать руку в лампе для качественного закрепления покрытия". Мы, как и решили в диалоге с вами в Вотс Ап, ожидаем от вас сообщений о том, держится ли у вас покрытие другого салона, и готовы работать с лабораторией брендов и лампами. Для нас очень важна безукоризненная процедура и её носка. Так как жалоб подобного рода почти нет, мы доверяем мастерам и покрытию. Цена сформирована с учётом материалов и квалификации мастеров, она является выгодной насколько это возможно.

Хожу сюда на маникюр, была уже 3 раза и мне очень нравится. До этого ходила в другое место 1 раз и думала, что гель-лак не мое, но, видимо, зависит от мастера) Цены адекватные, несмотря на то, что салон известной личности. Очень качественно и красиво. И сам салон очень стильный и уютный, на ресепшене всегда милая девушка 🥰
