Неуважение к чужому времени: Посмотрев ближайший салон и почитав отзывы, решила посетить данное место, приятный разговор с админом, и смс-уведомления о записи (приходили 2 раза) убедили меня в том, что салон относится ответственно к своей работе. В назначенное время я уже ожидала мастера маникюра Алёну. Но к сожалению её не было, сначала админ сказала, что она задерживается на пару минут. Но её так и не было. Потом сказали что Алёна задерживается и будет через мин 15-20. И попросили не уходить, сделают скидку. В итоге 24 минуты потерянного, просиженного времени и Алёна врывается в салон. Отношение к клиенту никакое, ощущение было что я виновата и я ещё что-то должна, 2 часа маникюра с покрытием были ужасно напряжёнными. Я плачу за услугу, и не надо мне делать одолжение. "Мастер" ни поинтересовалась, какой маникюр я обычно делаю, какая у меня кутикула, приходилось постоянно делать замечание, потому что было болезненно, капилляры близко, и проступала кровь. Я показала фото, что я хотела, но я знать не знала что за лаки используются, в итоге недостатки на ногтевой пластине были покрыты камуфляжем, который естественно просвечавался. На мой вопрос " это так должно быть?" Мне ответили "что хотели то и получили". Ценник завышен, сидеть в холодном помещение, не предложив даже чашку кофе (воды) во время процедур.

Ходила на маникюр с покрытием в этот салон. Очень понравился мастер с тёмными волосами, к сожалению, не запомнила имя. Аккуратно, без порезов, качественно. В салоне чисто, приятно пахнет и просто комфортно находиться. Удобная парковка, прямо рядом со входом. Рекомендую.
