Предварительно записался на ремонт генератора со снятием и установкой , время на проведение всех процедур обозначили 1час ! По факту пропал весь день . Генератор в моем авто установлен вверху за двигателем но после минутного осмотра сотрудники этой конторки сделали заключенние что снять они его не смогут и нужен подъёмник поэтому меня сразу отправили к так называемому бизнес партнеру в арасервис через дорогу где мне снимут и поставят генератор . Позже я понял зачем это делается , когда мне со скандалом все же сделали генератор после установки на авто оказалось что он не дает зарядку , опять сняли отвезли этим " мастерам"они признали что попалось бракованное реле но деньги за повторные снятие и установку возмещать отказались т.к для этого нужна копия лицензии сервиса который проводил работы по установке и снятию гены + дефектное заключение спец сотрудника того сервиса и чеки на оплату работ , всего этого партнеры этого сервиса не предоставляют , так же хочу отметить хамское отношение , после того как выяснилось что при снятие гены у их партера положена скидка 20% мне пренебрежительно ответили на возмущение затянувшимся ремонтом , у вас же нет денег на нормальный ремонт значет ждите , и говорил это какой то начальник , а не рядовой сотрудник !!! Обходите стороной эту шарагу если не хотите попасть в 90-е

Всё здорово! Приехал, сняли, правда не у них, но рядом, в двух шагах, сделали, менее, чем за час. Ценник нормальный, лишнего не навязывают. Всё ок!!!
