Обменивала валюту ₽ на $ месяц назад, с мыслями "пусть будут" и положила их в дальний уголок. Сегодня срочно нужно было поменять обратно, но деньги не приняли. Причина: "мы работаем с идеальными купюрами, а эти не идеальны" Выдавала и принимала деньги один и тот же кассир. Политика банка "мы берём только идеальное, а выдаём что хотим" так получается. С такой политикой больше в такой банк (разводил) больше ни ногой
