Работала менеджером по продажам в «Дмитрогорском продукте». Сейчас ушла на вольные хлеба, открываю ИП. Кстати, приобретённый опыт сильно пригодился. Но не суть. Ближе к делу: за первые 3 месяца выплатили фиксированный оклад, чтобы можно было вникнуть в дело. Дальше все переходят на проценты. Как по мне, так это нормально. Многие компании и этого не дают вообще. Зарплату платят, кстати, регулярно. А если у вас участок какой-то тихий или уже совсем освоенный, можно попросить перевести на другой или добавить вам территории. Начальство понимающее и всегда готово пойти навстречу.

В ГК «Агропромкомплектация» работаю 2 года бренд-менеджером. Сложно, иногда нудно, но при этом, как ни странно, интересно. Слежу за тем, что происходит на рынке, за позициями конкурентов. Это помогает нам не повторяться, когда мы выводим свой собственный продукт. Конечно, очень много взаимодействия внутри, нужно постоянно следить за работой маркетологов, дизайнеров, контактировать с мерчендайзерами. Ещё я много общаюсь с рядовыми продавцами, потому что первый отклик от покупателей получают именно они. И это всё помогает понимать, что пользуется спросом, что вообще нужно потребителю. Иногда бывает тяжело, много информации. Но при этом очень интересно. Хочу работать здесь и дальше.
