Ремонтировал редуктор на Гранд Старексе через два месяца начались проблемы , появился хруст и подклинивание дифференциала. Обратился в компанию , но была проблема, потерялся заказнаряд . По телефону ответили что нет наряда нет гарантии. На вопрос , о том что в компьютере остался наряд всё равно ответили отказом. Я звонил весь день, отвечали перезвоните через 15 минут, потом через час, потом ещё час потом ещё и ещё, пообещали позвонить , но после вообще перестали трубки брать. Тогда приехал без звонка . Пообещали посмотреть раз уж приехал. Провели диагностику, подняли на подъёмнике начали крутить за колесо а оно не крутится. Клинит дифференциал. Мастер который крутил посмотрел и ушёл, пришёл другой и говорит что это колодки а это не их профиль. Приехав домой сняли редуктор попробовали прокрутить, клинит. Пришлось купить новый, причём обошлось почти в в такую же сумму. Вот теперь делайте выводы сами. Мне видимо очень повезло))) P/S Реакция руководства нулевая!!!
