Выражаем огромную благодарность частному риэлтору Татьяне Мамонтовой за работу и профессионализм при продаже нашей недвижимости. Продавали свою 2-х комнатную квартиру на Маршала Бирюзова. Сделка прошла успешно, Татьяна взяла все в свои руки, подготовила сама все необходимые документы в кратчайшие сроки. Нам оставалось только их подписать. Сопровождала нас-продавцов и покупателей всегда и во все организации. Была почти личным «телохранителем», т.к. в банке не предусмотрена безопасность клиентов. Продавец, моя мама и покупатель - женщины в возрасте, очень волновались, но Татьяна успокоила обоих в том, что сделка юридически безопасна. Все документы по покупке и продаже были составлены грамотно, понятно, без единой ошибки. Нам очень понравилась ее работа, мы остались под большим впечатлением.
