Перекредитовался на 9,25 % годовых, лучше условий нет для порядочных заёмщиков. Удобно. Банк сопровождения Втб, если зарплата в сбербанке, то без комиссии легко можно перевести деньги за ипотеку. Страховка - на выбор три организации, невысокие цены, если ты не пенсионер. Альфа страхование тут же, не нужно никуда ехать.

У "руководства" АИЖК мозгов не хватает что ли, или жадные? Дело в том, что три года подряд , а то и больше они немогут ПОЧИСТИТЬ в зимнее время стоянку ДЛЯ СВОИХ ЖЕ КЛИЕНТОВ . оборзели СОВСЕМ, ставят машины во двор жилого дома октябрьский 51 тем самым мешая жильцам дома использовать свою общую полезную испоьзуемую площадь по назначению. Если руководитель тупой и безразличный, то где сотрудники со своим "мнением"/ Фасад организации в ужасном состоянии!

Индивидуальный подход, готовы помочь в любом вопросе по ипотеке, подсказали более выгодный вариант, не банковское "сухое" отношение. Девочки в холле очень приветливые. Жаль, что про АИЖК мало информации, не все знают, что там можно взять ипотеку
