Вы выложили объявление на авито? Ждите звонка Владиса... У них уже есть клиент и они от вас ничего не требуют... но: Надо встретиться, сделать фото, и подписать рекламное соглашение, чтоб квартира попала на их сайт для презентации клиенту... Но спустя неделю вы понимаете, что вас тупо ОБМАНУЛИ. Клиента у них нет, да и объявление дублируется на всех сайтах... В-общем на них нужно потратить время, чтоб приехать и соглашение разорвать В общем это агентство даже хуже, чем АН из 90х... Это агентство современное и использует сотни технологий не для продажи или покупки квартиры, а для того, чтоб стрясти с вас лишнее...

Хорошее агенство, по комиссии есть "разбег" в зависимости от ситуации. Самое полезное для себя отметила - это сопровождение сделки по "Безопасной сделке" дополнительно безопасность не помешает даже при ипотеке. Ведь там банк только себя страхует за твои же деньги. Не знала что столько нюансов может быть 🙈 Спасибо что помогли 👍🏻

Офис оформлен вполне не плохо, но сотрудники этого агентства не намерены работать. В частности Жуленкова Нейля - грубая, некомпетентная и ленивая. Умеет только требовать деньги, при этом ничего не знает про объект и процесс сделки.
