Не рекомендую данного «специалиста» в области сделок с недвижимостью, навязывает дополнительные платежи и толком не может ответить за какие услуги. Помимо этого когда мне нужно было вернуть задаток по несостоявшейся сделке по продаже квартиры я неоднократно звонил ему и напоминал что нам необходимо встретиться втроем (покупатель, продавец, посредник), кормил «завтраками». В итоге через неделю мне звонит человек которому я должен был вернуть задаток и возмущается что я не отдаю ему деньги. Хотя на тот момент я неоднократно звонил Майорову и напоминал о том что пора встретится и вернуть задаток. Очень несерьезная контора. Люди не бойтесь самостоятельно совершать сделки с недвижимостью не кормите этих дармоедов.
