Не рекомендую АН "Новосел". Отвратительно работают. Достоинства: нет Недостатки: Работают не на профессиональном уровне. Директор хамит. Хотели купить квартиру. У продавца риелтор оказалась из "Новосела" на ул. Бебеля. Мы посмотрели квартиру, заключили договор с данным агентством, внесли аванс. Время сделки приближалось, мы оплатили оценку данной квартиры. И за два дня до сделки выясняется что квартира продана ( новый собственник). Сказать что у нас был шок, это ничего не сказать. Аванс нам вернули, а денежные средства за оценку квартиры директор АН "Новосел" Елена Константиновна возвращать отказалась. 13.05 у квартиры появился новый собственник, а 17.05 мы вызывали оценку. Недоработка агентства.

Негативное Достоинства: Нет Недостатки: Оказался один минус Риелтор, к которому мы обратились по поводу съёма квартиры сначала с нами была вежливая, обходительная. Взяла с нас плату за услуги, чек не предоставила. Сказала что чеки не выдают. Указали срок оплаты за квартиру в договоре. Прожив месяц, хозяева начали требовать оплату раньше, хотя по договору был определён срок оплаты. Обратились к риелтор у, она же составляла все документы. Она ответила это уже ваши проблемы. После, расторгла вообще с нами договор аренды без нашего присутствия и не уведомив нас. Мы сделали вывод, что данный риелтор в сговоре с хозяевами квартиры и таким образом проводят [цензура] действия.
