Осадок- после трех лет сделки! Да, оформили все быстро, но...сделка проходила по цессии и агенство не предоставило мне подтверждающих документов между застройщиком и промежуточным цедентом. В итоге застройщика банкротят, а я не могу доказать, что все проплачено застройщику.На старость лет продали единственное жилье, влезли в ипотеку, теперь по своему не знанию и вашему "косяку" могу остаться на улице!Я понимаю, что обижаться надо на себя, но вы за это ответственны!

Здравствуйте Елена! Вам необходимо обратиться к подрядчику с которым был заключен договор переуступки . Все документы, подтверждающие оплату подрядчика застройщику были переданы в банк, так как сделка была ипотечная. Можете подойти в офис с 9 до 18 в рабочие дни с документами и мы вместе с Вами позвоним и попросим прислать дубликат документа.
