Высший пилотаж в риэлторских услугах от директора Павла! Хочу выразить огромную благодарность риэлтору Павлу за безупречную организацию и проведение нашей сделки. В моем представлении директор — это человек, который управляет процессом. Павел же сам и был процессом. Что особенно впечатлило: 1. Личное участие на всех этапах. От первой консультации и показа объектов до проведения расчетов и регистрации — Павел делал всё сам. Не было бесконечных «менеджеров», «ассистентов» и потерянных документов. 2. Оперативность и решение нестандартных вопросов. Каждая возникающая проблема (а в сделках с недвижимостью они бывают у всех) решалась им в режиме «здесь и сейчас». Создавалось ощущение, что для него нет нерешаемых задач. 3. Ответственность и контроль. Понимание, что во главе процесса стоит руководитель, который несет личную ответственность за результат, давало невероятное спокойствие и уверенность. Павел не просто директор агентства, он — риэлтор-исполнитель высочайшего класса. Такой подход, когда топ-менеджер сам глубоко погружен в работу клиента, — большая редкость и огромное преимущество. Эта история не про «риелторские услуги». Эта история про то, как один высокопрофессиональный и безгранично ответственный человек взял на себя наш огромный жизненный проект и провел его к блестящему результату, сняв с нас 99% груза забот и переживаний. Искренняя, огромная благодарность Павлу. Мы уже порекомендовали его самым близким друзьям. Лучшей оценки, пожалуй, не существует. Спасибо за результат.
