Наверное, есть в этом агентстве и хорошие специалисты, мне-же попался «супер профессионал» Масина Елена взрослая уже такая девушка лет 50-ти. Благодаря виртуозно составленного ею договора купли-продажи, я лихо налетел на выплату налога почти в 200 штук вместо 30, как планировалось «супер профессионалом и мастером своего дела». Она почему-то решила, что помимо 1млн. налогового вычета и 2-й млн. налогом не облагается, а дальше уже берётся 13%. Слов нет, точнее есть, все матом!!! Ясно, что в риэлторы, как и в охранники, идут сейчас все кому не лень, так хоть учите их чему-нибудь, элементарным вещам хотя-бы, ведь ничего не знают! Прежде чем людям головы морочить какой-нибудь ликбез изучали! У меня были, как минимум, три варианта как совершить сделку с минимальными для себя потерями. А сейчас что – трубку не берём, из окопа не выглядываем, хоть-бы извинилась за свой косяк. Ну а нет толку, ну не получается, так много другой работы, в метро, например – сиди в стеклянной будке смотри как люди по эскалатору перемещаются – супер а не работа, как раз вот для таких специалистов.

Сервис Бон тона всегда был на уровне. Не первый раз имею с ними дело. Всегда уделяли мне много времени и внимания. Все назначенные встречи проходили в оговоренное время. Если менеджер обещала мне перезвонить через час, то звонок был в течение часа, ни минутой позже. Очень компетентно снабжают информацией по стройке. Отлично знают рынок недвижимости. Очень рада, что в свое время пришла именно сюда.
