Ужасно тесные кресла (см.фото с бутылкой воды длиной 20 см❗) на рейсе из Питера в Новосибирск SU6541 в самолёте Аэробус А320! Коленки так сильно упирались, что было больно сидеть, лучше стоя лететь тогда! Авиакомпания Россия - это дочерняя фирма Аэрофлота, совсем обнаглели, как они наживаются на покупателях билетов - ставя ТАК близко кресла!!! Даже женщине ростом 170 см было неудобно сидеть 4 с половиной часа! Одумайтесь Аэрофлот! Теперь я вашими услугами не пользуюсь, и друзьям не рекомендую.

Бизнес важнее людей, я хотел вернуть билет на москву(безвозвратный) но компания сказала что им пох, лети заражайся и прилетай обратно. Я в шоке! У меня есть знакомые которые тоже купили на эту дату безвозвратные билеты. Они не будут сидеть дома, у нас русский не отдаст деньги просто так. Так что ждем всплеск заражаении, спасибо аэрофлот!
