After our long term marriage in Turkey , my russian wife kidnapped our daughter to Russia. I had to apply to Russian court according to La Hague convention to bring my daughter back to Turkey. I desparately tried to contact many russian lawyers and most of them told me that I have almost no chance to return my daughter back to Turkey. Then , one day searching on the internet , I met Maria Yarmush , she is fluent in english and she studied our case very professionally and she took the right steps. About 3 monthes after our application to Russian court , we won the case and also the Appeal. At all points of this process she answered all my questions and helped me to make the right decisions. Обратилась к Марии Михайловне по международному праву. Мой бывший муж гражданин Израиля, обвинил меня в похищении ребёнка. Подал в Тверской районный суд г. Москвы иск о возвращении ребёнка в Израиль.
