наплевательское отношение к клиенту и нежелание идти "на встречу". работа по принципу: ушел один клиент - придет другой. крайне не советую данный магазин, в москве есть более адекватные магазины.

Балет в 2 частях. Ибо более идиотской ситуации еще не было. Предыстория. Нужно было купить костюм антигнус, 2 шт. Сделала заказ, но в назначенный день курьер не приехал и не отзвонился. Ладно, думаю, всяко бывает. Второй опыт. Сделала другой заказ, через неделю, 1 костюм. Напомнила, что предыдущий заказ испарился вместе с курьером. Согласовали с менеджером размер, изменили расцветку и фирму-производитель, ибо информация по размерам на сайте не актуальна. Жду заказ... Курьер прибыл! В рекордно короткие сроки!!! Разворачиваю - БЛИИИИН! Там ПРЕДЫДУЩИЙ, не актуальный уже заказ... причем не того роста!!! Что за нафиг? Согласовывали же? Звоню в фирму. Ответ менеджера шедеврален: а вдруг подойдет? Нужного-то размера не было!
