Доброго дня! Очень редко пишу отзывы, а если и пишу, то только положительные, но прошло пару месяцев и хотелось бы осветить нашу историю для принятия в работу...При просмотре квартиры,риелтор Наталья Романова вела себя крайне надменно, постоянно торопилась, говорила, что ей надо на следующий объект и Ее ждут, квартиру смотрели второй раз..когда мы сказали, что "мы вообще-то выбираем квартиру и не за одну копейку", когда мы смотрели квартиру , то обратили внимание на разрисованные стены, обои требовали замены, в квартире снята техника элементарная, а также краны, в кухне-гостиной нет зонирования, в квартире обыкновенный линолеум, то есть вложений там очень много, риелтор очень некрасиво ответила мне "не нравится - идите смотрите черновые варианты и ,мол, делайте как нужно Вам", очень торопилась, мы уж было чуть ли не купили Данный объект, когда хотели выйти на задаток, данная риелтор стала диктовать свои правила нашему риелтору ( наш риелтор ,как покупателей из другого крупного агенства недвижимости), что нужно приезжать именно в их агенство Адвекс и так далее! Бог отвёл нас от сотрудничества с риэлтором! И вообще Риэлтор, по-моему мнению, это лицо компании и от общения с ним складывается общее впечатление! Проведите работу по этике общения с клиентами с данным риелтором, о клиентоориентированности и о том, что нужно уметь молчать, и не вставлять свои цитаты и точку зрения, когда не спрашивают))))! Осадок остаётся даже спустя время. Спасибо за понимание!)
