Ребята умные, опытные, но не внимательные. Оставлял машину на ремонт. Залили масло допустимое, но не то, что просил (показывал на их стенде, есть канистра в багажнике, этикетка под капотом и информация в их базе данных о прошлых заменах). Когда предъявил, признали косяк, без извинений развели руками. Посоветовали ездить пока на этом, в следующий раз залить другое. Так же забыли отправить фотоотчёт, пока не попросил вновь. И фото не те, что просил. В остальном молодцы. Впечатления неоднозначные.

Добрый день, Максим По поводу масла: Приносим Вам извинения за недопонимания, к сожалению из за смены мастеров масло было залито не то что Вы просили. Согласно сервисной документации Фольцвагена (ELSA) в Ваш двигатель CFNA Вашего года идет масло именно того допуска, которое мы залили, что и было объяснено мастером. Впредь мы будем более внимательны и при следующей замене масла Вам будет предоставлена дополнительная скидка . По поводу фотоотчета: К сожалению у нас в штате нет профессионального фотографа, по Вашей просьбе мы пошли Вам на встречу и сделали семь фотографий основных этапов работы. Часть других фото не получилось. Так же Вам был предложен вариант присутствия при проведении работ. Мы учтем Ваше замечание и будем над этим работать. С Уважением руководитель СТО Илья.
