При заключении сделки возле покупателей как ласточка сизокрылая вилась некая дама, вид у нее был оскорбленно-невинный, а все потому, что двойную комиссию за ее "работу" она не получилось, хотелось и с покупателей, и с продавцов, а получилось только с покупателей. Ну уж это их проблема. После сделки она подошла к нам и долго нас журила за плохой отзыв, оставленный на ДубльГисе. Мы ведь плохие, а она честная. Простите нас пожалуйста, нехорошо получилось. Наталья - вы классная. Жаль конечно, что не заплатили вам лишних сто тысяч.

Много раз сталкивались с непорядочностью риелторов, но к такому сложно быть готовым. Не говорим за всех, но в этом агентстве видимо много особенно достойных людей, в частности, лично имели "счастье" общаться с Зеленской вроде Натальей. Это песня. Стиль мошенников на доверии: пытается выторговать себе побольше комиссию, самым неприглядным образом, но когда почувствовала стену непонимания ее личных проблем (потому что услуги которые там якобы оказывают не стоят и четверти тех денег, которые они считают нужным себе начислять), она начинает давить и шантажировать. Будьте внимательное, не платите авансы, не подписывайте договоры, а если подписываете то читайте внимательнее, какие услуги конкретно вам предоставляют и какую сумму они берут за это, но мы бы предостерегли от любых контактов с данными лицами. Классический тип "разводил" из 90х.
