Ул. Маштакова, 12. 19.06.2024. Оказалась здесь впервые, была перезаписана из соц. фонда Троицкий 1, т.к. специалист заболел и не мог оказать услугу. Услуга: получение пенсионого св-ва, кабинет 21. Услугу получила. Во время общения со специалистом все время слышала в свой адрес, что нужно обращаться по месту регистрации, в Троицк, здесь своих пенсионеров хватает!!!когда то же она выйдет с больничного, вот к ним и обращайтесь, это говорит мне специалист клиентской службы!!!Когда я напомнила специалисту, что по закону имею право обратиться в соц. фонд который ближе и удобнее, в ответ ушлышала, что это пенсионеры хорошо выучили!!! Неуважительное отношение к людям, не нравиться место работы, не умеешь общаться с людми - не терпи и не работай здесь! Хочу обратить внимание, другие специалисты общались приветливо и уважительно по отношению к людям!!! Прошу администрацию фонда провести бесседу со специалистом из 21 кабинета, выдававшая св-во пенсионера, напомнить о соблюдении этики во время приема. И это повод задуматься о проф. пригодности такого специалиста, который черным пятном ложиться на репутацию всего фонда. Не рекомендую обращаться👎к специалисту из 21 каб. этого фонда.
