Отвратительно. Заказала книгу, оплатила доставку, книга уехала в другой район и естественно никто не захотел ее везти мне. Максимально уродское отношение. На мой звонок сказали: вы туда и заказали. Ага, естественно заплатила бабки, чтоб потом за книгой еще и ехать в какую-то пром зону.

Доставкой занимается аутсорс-компания B2CPL, заказы автоматически сгружаются с сайта и отправляются со склада логиста. Если вы ошиблись при оформлении заказа, издательство ничем не может вам помочь.
